I serve pregnant women and their families in the Monterey Bay California area. I work as a  DONA Certified Birth Doula. I have been working as a Doula for 5 years. I am also a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator. I teach a variety of creative and dynamic childbirth preparation classes as well as breast feeding & sibling classes. I am a mother of three wonderful children who inspire me to continue helping other families.
